Standard Delivery (3-4 working days) £3

Next Day Special Delivery (order before 1pm) £12
Orders must be placed by 1pm for guaranteed next working day delivery. However in special circumstances, next day delivery may be available after this time; please email us onl firstname.lastname@example.org, or Whatsapp call/message us on 07564 263824.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Next Day Special Saturday Delivery before 1pm £13
Orders must be placed by Friday 12pm to guarantee Saturday delivery.
We make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered within the timescales we've set out above - sadly we can't guarantee that they won't be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner.
For Preordered or Made-To-Measure:
These items are on a preorder basis only and take approximately 3/4 weeks to arrive.
What are your delivery timescales?
All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after placing the order.
Please note that during our sale and busy periods deliveries may take longer.
UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow extra working days for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

Do you provide International delivery?
We offer international delivery to certain countries.
Shipping cost varies with each country:
£22 for USA & Canada (12-20 working days)
£30 for USA & Canada via Parcelforce (3-5 working days)
£14 for Germany (3-5 working days)
£22 for the rest of Europe (3-8 working days)
£30 for UAE (5-7 working days)
£25 for Australia & Singapore (7-10 working days)
£30 for the rest of the world (10-20 working days)
International customers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
What is your returns policy?
Sale items are non-refundable.
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return full priced items to us within 5 days of receipt, for a full refund less postage costs.
Please contact us via email - email@example.com, before posting any goods back.
You, the customer are responsible for the return postage cost. Please include your order number on the front of your parcel.
We recommend you return all items by a service which is tracked - i.e. Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
All items are dry clean only. Returns will not be accepted if it transpires outfits are worn, the tags have been taken off, they have been damaged upon trying on, the items have been cleaned via other methods and thus damaged etc. We reserve the right to decide this.
If you need to return your products please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.
You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products. Keep and include the original packaging with your return.
Please ensure returns are properly packaged and therefore can not be damaged in transit.
For combination purchases/ multibuys you must return any 'free' items back to us to process a refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
We will notify you when we've received your return and we aim to process refunds within 3/5 working days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
Please note the original delivery cost would not be refunded in the event of a return.
Preordered or Made-To-Measure items can not be returned unless there is a fault.
Please note: a difference in colour (due to lighting and camera effects) from the brand's official pictures does not classify as a fault.
